Sell your Ferrari F8 Tributo or F8 Spider

The F8 Tributo and F8 Spider were the last of Ferrari’s mid-engine V8 berlinettas before the hybrid era, and the spec of each car varies enormously. ACN Motors buys and consigns F8s from owners across Westchester, Fairfield County and New York City.

Why a trade desk will not give you a real number

Two F8s with the same mileage can differ by tens of thousands of dollars in factory options. A trade desk sees year, model and miles. We read the window sticker line by line and price your car against comparable retail sales of a similar spec.

Coupe or Spider, and how it was ordered

F8 Tributo

The coupe, with the 710 hp twin-turbo 3.9-litre V8 and seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

F8 Spider

The retractable hard-top version, priced in its own market.

Factory options

Ferrari options are ordered individually, so the window sticker matters more on an F8 than almost anything else.

What moves your number

  1. Options on the sticker. Suspension lifter, carbon fiber exterior and interior packages, passenger display, Daytona-style seats, special paint and colored calipers are the options buyers ask about first.
  2. Warranty and maintenance. Remaining factory warranty or Ferrari Power extended warranty, and the remaining years of Ferrari’s seven-year Genuine Maintenance program, both transfer to the next owner and add value.
  3. Mileage. Most F8s are low-mileage cars, so mileage differences are priced closely.
  4. Paint and protection. Original paint and quality paint protection film help; any repaint must be disclosed and is discounted.
  5. Records and accessories. Service records, the window sticker, both keys, books, car cover and battery tender.

What not to spend money on first

Do not add aftermarket wheels, exhausts or wraps to make the car more saleable; the F8 buyer pays for a well-optioned original car. Leave the paint protection film on unless it is failing. Talk to us before scheduling non-routine work.

Outright sale or consignment

We will make a written cash offer, and for most F8 Tributos we will also show you what consignment would net. Consignment is 4% of the sale price, with a $3,000 minimum and a $15,000 cap. At a $400,000 sale price, for example, the fee is $15,000 and you keep $385,000. We prepare, photograph and list the car, screen buyers and handle the paperwork; you approve every offer.

Tell us about your F8 Tributo

Text the year, mileage, transmission, color, key options and a few photos to 914-800-3212, or use the form on our sell page. If you have the window sticker and service records, include photos of those too.

F8 Tributo seller questions

My F8 is still under warranty. Does that help?

Yes. Remaining factory or Ferrari Power warranty transfers to the next owner and is part of how we price the car.

Can you buy an F8 that is still financed or leased?

Usually, yes. Tell us the lender and payoff or buyout amount and we will explain how it is handled at sale.

Is consignment worth it on an F8?

Often. On a car at this price the fee reaches the $15,000 cap, so you keep everything above it while the car sells at retail.

Do you need the original window sticker?

It helps a great deal. If you do not have it, a Ferrari dealer can often pull the factory build from the VIN.
